How participation works.

What is the SDS Supplier Information Xchange™?
It is the SDS network through which companies connect and exchange reusable supplier information using SDS Portable Profiles and relationship-based access.
Companies can participate as a Buyer, Supplier, or Both through one SDS company profile.
Yes. Every company can create and maintain an SDS Portable Profile for free.
Unlimited. Sharing your own SDS Portable Profile does not consume your free network invitations.
Your free SDS participation includes invitations to your first 10 unique companies.
The recipient can create a free SDS company profile to access the information you have authorized for that relationship. It can then create its own Portable Profile and participate in the network.
Free buyer participation includes access to up to 10 unique supplier profiles during a 90-day free access period. Paid buyer access is required after 90 days or to access an 11th unique supplier profile.
No. Portable does not mean public. Access is governed by permissions and the applicable company relationship.
